The bathroom was great, with both a shower and a bath. It was so nice to have the option to soak in the tub or take a quick shower. As an adult, I really appreciated this feature because it made getting ready for the day super convenient.
Personally, I would have preferred if the hotel provided bed linen. But hey, that's just my opinion, and I know others might not mind bringing their own.

The property owner was a total star! The location of No 14 was mind-blowing - with a back terrace and upstairs bedroom overlooking the sea and sunrise. The kitchen was fully equipped with jaw-dropping utensils, plates, and electronics. They even provided pillows, bedsheets, blankets, and cleaning products. The bathroom and toilet were super clean. There was plenty of room for 2 adults and 4 children, and the hot water worked like a charm. We didn't have to worry about expensive electric bills either. Free parking was available, although we had to carry our luggage a short distance. Although we had to bring our own bedding, towels, and teatowels, it was manageable. The location had everything we needed and Deal was nearby for any provisions. The Zetland Arms was a must-visit for mouth-watering meals on the beach. We had an amazing time exploring the area with activities like hiking, fishing, diving, horseback riding, and even playing table tennis. The outdoor dining area was perfect for enjoying meals with a view. Access to the beach was a major plus, and the children's play area and outdoor swimming pool added extra fun. Plus, we appreciated that no pets were allowed and there was a strict no smoking policy.

We had a fantastic stay at No 14 in Kingsdown. The property owner was incredibly helpful and the location was perfect, with stunning sea views from the terrace and bedroom. The space was just right for the two of us and had all the amenities we needed. Parking was easy and there were plenty of shops nearby. The highlight was definitely dining at the Zetland Arms on the beach.
Couldn't recommend this hotel more.

I had a wonderful stay at Kingsdown Holiday Park. The glass door in my room allowed the moonlight to flood in, creating a magical ambiance. I loved watching the sea and feeling like I was camping out, even in the middle of winter. The sunrise on the terrace was the perfect Christmas antidote - watching the birds sing as the tide withdrew was a beautiful sight. The location and facilities on site were fantastic, with comfortable beds and clean rooms. The room was spacious enough for 2 adults and 4 children, and the hot water worked perfectly. Electric costs were reasonable.
Totally recommend this hotel. Great location, comfortable rooms, and amazing views.

The outdoor pool at this property was a refreshing oasis amidst the summer heat. I felt like I had discovered a hidden treasure as I dipped my toes into the cool water, surrounded by breathtaking sea views. It was like a mini vacation within my vacation, a blissful escape from the daily hustle and bustle.
Bunk beds too small.

Staying at the holiday park was a delightful experience. the room had a glass door that allowed the moonlight to flood in, creating a magical atmosphere. I loved being able to watch the sea from my room, especially during the winter when camping wasn't an option. the terrace provided a perfect spot to witness the sunrise and listen to the birds as the tide retreated. No 14 had everything we needed for a short stay, and the location was fantastic. the back terrace and upstairs bedroom offered breathtaking views of the sea and sunrise. There was ample parking available, although be prepared to carry or use a trolley for your luggage. Deal, a nearby town, had all the provisions we needed. I highly recommend dining at the Zetland Arms, located right on the beach. The comfortable beds and cleanliness of the facilities were also noteworthy. Cons: Couldn't stay longer 😔.

The location of this budget holiday park is excellent, with a distant view of the sea from some of the chalets. The park is well maintained and offers a peaceful and safe environment for families. There is a children's playground on the site and a nice beach nearby.
Limited facilities available, such as a closed pool and no on-site shop for groceries.

The lodge we stayed in at Kingsdown was spotlessly clean and well equipped. The owners were very helpful and available to address any issues. We loved the lodge's country setting and being so close to the sea. The park itself was clean and tidy, providing quality family time. we highly recommend this lodge for a family holiday.
